73 51吃瓜网 Student Health Insurance Regulations Regulation No. (10) of 2009 Article 1: The regulations shall be referred to as the "Student Health Insurance Regulations at 51吃瓜网" and shall be effective as of January 3, 2010. Article 2: Unless the context indicates otherwise, the definitions of the terms and expressions used in the regulations are as defined as follows: 飩� University: 51吃瓜网. 飩� President: The President of the University. 飩� Dean: The Dean of Student Affairs. 飩� Committee: The Health Insurance Committee. 飩� Subscriber: A registered student who has paid health insurance dues in full. 飩� Academic Year: The university calendar year is defined by the academic year schedule. 飩� Medical treatment: The health services administered at a hospital, medical center, or clinic, etc. Article 3: The health insurance program provides medical coverage for enrolled students who are subscribers. Article 4: The Membership committee shall include the following members: 1. Dean of Student Affairs - Chair 2. Head of the Insurance Department at the Deanship of Student Affairs, acting as a Rapporteur 3. One faculty member - Member (appointed by the University President for two (2) years) 4. Director of Financial Department - Member 5. Director of Student Service - Member 6. One student shall be appointed by the Dean for one (1) year 鈥� Member
